I received the following when logging into SQL Azure yesterday:

connection failed. The failure could be due to too many failed connections from your IP address or a network error. Try again later.

No worries – do what it says and… “try again later”!  Apparently there is a reset for failed logins, and it will come back in a minute or two. I think I had five bad ones and it didn’t let me try again.
