I like to visit the Microsoft Download page every so often see what Microsoft has recently released for SQL Server, and the other day they came out with new versions of the SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) for Oracle, Access, MySQL, and Sybase. They're located here; check them out for doing some migrations from any of these apps/platforms. The folks who manage, develop, and help deliver the products have also created their own blog this month, located at http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ssma/ which may be worth visiting if you plan on trying out these releases.
The teams at Microsoft usually are very responsive to customer questions and do a great job getting back to you, so ping them if you have questions on any of the tools. I've got links to both MS Access and Oracle below.

There were these two fellars standin' on a bridge, a-goin' to the bathroom. One fellar said, "The water's cold" and the other fellar said, "The water's deep". I believe one fella come from Arkansas. Get it?
