Here's a cool new feature for Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 just in from TechEd - Hyper-V Dynamic Memory. Very nice!!!  I have a setup at home with all of my SQL Server on Windows Server 2008 R2, and this should work great for me!  Check it out!
