You're joking, right? 

For a bit of amusement, check out the following KB that came out last week.  I receive emails from the KB alertz folks, and this one cracked me up.

SQL Server 2008
976115   The SQL Server 2008 Books Online shortcuts and the SQL Server 2008 Books Online folder disappear from Start menu after you install the May 2009 version of SQL Server 2008 Books Online

I could just see someone becoming upset because their BOL shortcut disappeared!!!
