I enjoy posting blog threads. It’s fun, allows me to put thoughts down about what I’ve run into from work or testing at home, and is a repository for me to look up something that I found previously. Knowledge isn’t power – I’ve decided that power comes from sharing knowledge. However, it becomes no fun doing all of this stuff when I get people spamming my posts to get trackbacks and traffic to their site. Additionally, it’s that along with the accompanying irrelevant and annoying responses. So, rather than editing and deleting comments as I have been doing, I have decide to simply shut them off.
