How to fix Forward Records in SQL Server

Congratulations to Lori Brown for her recent article in SQL Server mag 

A big congrats goes out to Lori Brown of Integrated Services, Inc. Dallas, TX – SQL Rx practice -  for her recent article in the April 2009 issue of SQL Server Magazine on fixing forward records!  I consider Lori to be a top-notch performance tuning whiz, a strong SQL Server DBA, and a good friend. I very much enjoyed reading her article and thought she did an excellent job on showing us what forwarded records are and how to go about fixing them. This is a very intricate and high-level technique that can make a big performance increase…i have seen the results firsthand!
