What mode did you say I was running in?

Remember that when you attach or restored databases when moving from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005, make sure and change the compatibility level on the database. This is not an automatic process when moving to SQL Server 2005, and you have to manually make the change. (Hopefully it has already been tested in your development environment). I ran across three clients the past three weeks or so who thought that they were running in 9.0, but were not.

Must be more of this "surface area" stuff I guess.
